Items are not eligible for return if they have been worn beyond an initial fit try‑on, washed, altered, or damaged for reasons other than a manufacturing defect. Returns will also be denied for items with stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use.
Size exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt.
Free shipping is automatically applied to exchanges if the new order total is $150 or more.
Shipping for returns/exchanges is paid by the customer. The only time JUX covers shipping is when replacing a defective or misprinted item.
Exchanges typically take an additional 2–4 weeks since a new item must be produced.

For example, starch is sometimes used to keep fabrics stiff during printing—so a cotton button-up may feel structured when it first arrives. After washing, your garment will soften naturally while maintaining print quality.
